Earnings ReportENEOS Holdings, Inc. <5020> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) in the afternoon session on May 12th (13:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 21.5% from the previous period to 226 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated net income is expected to decrease by 18.2% from the previous period to 185 billion yen. This will be the second consecutive term of declining profits.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 30 yen, an increase of 4 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income dropped to 55.3 billion yen, a 31.9% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit/loss margin drastically worsened from -0.2% in the same period last year to -7.2%.
