Earnings ReportFUJIFILM Holdings Corporation <4901> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on US-GAAP) in the afternoon session on May 8th (14:00). The consolidated pretax income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 7.3% from the previous period to 340 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated pretax income is nearly flat with a slight increase of 0.7% to 343 billion yen, marking the sixth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and the sixth consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 60 yen to 65 yen (compared to 150 yen before the 3-for-1 forward stock split in the previous term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 70 yen, an increase of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated pretax income grew 18.1% from the same period last year, reaching 103 billion yen. The operating profit margin significantly improved from 8.9% in the same period last year to 12.3%.
