Earnings ReportDenyo Co.,Ltd. <6517> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 8th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 8.5% from the previous period to 8 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 3.8% from the previous period to 7.7 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 70 yen to 75 yen (compared to 64 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 80 yen, an increase of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 2.17 billion yen, a 34.0% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 16.2% in the same period last year to 11.5%.
