Guidance Update Report

CLIP Corporation <4705> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision in the morning on November 7th (10:30). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss forecast for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to September) has been revised downward from an expected profit of 9 million yen to a loss of 44 million yen (compared to a loss of 43 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 134 million yen(compared to 42 million yen in the previous period).
