Earnings ReportAJIS CO.,LTD. <4659> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 15th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 19.6% from the previous period to 3.13 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 19.8% from the previous period to 2.51 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 85 yen to 95 yen (compared to 85 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 95 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 1.39 billion yen, a 4.9% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 15.4% in the same period last year to 13.9%.
