Earnings ReportASAGAMI COPORATION <9311> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 15th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 25.7% from the previous period to 2.05 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 15.0% from the previous period to 1.74 billion yen.
At the same time, the company decided to implement a year-end dividend of 120 yen for the previous term, which had been previously undecided, and has left the annual dividend for the current term undetermined.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged 6.3 times that of the same period last year, reaching 0.21 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 0.2% in the same period last year to 2.5%.
