Unite and Grow Inc. <4486> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 14th (15:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending December 2024 increased 4.8% from the previous period consolidated to 411 million yen. In the fiscal year ending December 2025, the profit is expected to expand to 31.9% to 542 million yen, marking the ninth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the eleventh consecutive term of revenue and the ninth consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to significantly increase the dividend this fiscal year to 56 yen, an increase of 32 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the ordinary profit decreased to 118 million yen, a 15.7% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 18.8% in the same period last year to 14.6%.

Note: Since the fiscal year ending December 2024, the company has transitioned to non-consolidated financial statements.
