AI,Inc. <4388> [TSE Std] announced a previously undisclosed earnings forecast after the market closed on June 15th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2027 is expected to drop by 55.7% from the previous period to 35 million yen.

Furthermore, the consolidated ordinary loss for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2027 (April to September) is expected to further decrease to loss of 16 million yen (compared to a loss of 42 million yen in the same period last year).

At the same time, the year-end lump-sum dividend remains undecided.
