Guidance Update ReportTekscend Photomask Corp. <429A> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on March 27th (16:00). The consolidated net income forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 23.4%, from the previous forecast of 18.8 billion yen to 23.3 billion yen (compared to 9.94 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 89.8% to 2.3 times, reaches new record high for the first time in three terms.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated net income is expected to increase 67.7%, from the previous forecast of 6.52 billion yen to 10.9 billion yen (compared to 1.21 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 5.4 times to 9.0 times.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 54.39 yen to 56 yen (compared to no dividend in the previous period).
