JUST PLANNING INC. <4287> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on March 12th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended January 2026 increased by 24.4% from the previous period to 616 million yen. For the fiscal year ending January 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 12.3% to 692 million yen. This will be the fourth consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 13 yen, an increase of 2 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from November to January (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 136 million yen, a 4.2% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 23.3% in the same period last year to 21.0%.
