TODA KOGYO CORP. <4100> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 10th (15:30). The consolidated net income/loss for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December) turned into a loss of 0.79 billion yen (compared to a profit of 1.51 billion yen in the same period last year).

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated net loss for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to further decrease loss of 0.5 billion yen (compared to a loss of 5.09 billion yen in the same period last year).

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated net income significantly dropped to 0.08 billion yen, a 88.8% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 3.5% in the same period last year to 0.9%.
