Earnings ReportWILL GROUP,INC. <6089> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on February 10th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December) decreased 28.6% from the same period last year to 1.11 billion yen. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 1.64 billion yen was 68.0%, also falling below the five-year average of 72.4%.
Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated net income for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to significant drop 56.8% from the same period last year to 0.52 billion yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated net income surged 3.8 times that of the same period last year, reaching 0.61 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 2.2% in the same period last year to 2.2%.
