Guidance Update Report

Mynet Inc. <3928> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on December 26th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2025 has been revised upward 26.0%, from the previous forecast of 242 million yen to 305 million yen (compared to 375 million yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 35.5% to 18.7%.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the July to December period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 2.3 times, from the previous forecast of 50 million yen to 113 million yen (compared to 82 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 37.8% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
