Guidance Update Report

Mynet Inc. <3928> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision at noon (12:00) on November 6th. The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2025 has been revised upward 3.5 times, from the previous forecast of 70 million yen to 242 million yen (compared to 375 million yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 81.3% to 35.5%.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the July to December period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward from an expected loss of 122 million yen to a profit of 50 million yen (compared to a profit of 82 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a profit.
