System D Inc. <3804> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on December 16th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending October 2024 decreased 9.3% from the previous period to 830 million yen. For the fiscal year ending October 2025, the profit is expected to expand to 12.2% to 931 million yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in two years.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 27 yen, an increase of 3 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from August to October (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 311 million yen, a 6.9% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 23.4% in the same period last year to 22.8%.
