Enigmo Inc. <3665> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on March 17th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending January 2025 dropped 32.0% from the previous period non-consolidated to 693 million yen. In the fiscal year ending January 2026, the profit is expected to decrease by 22.7% from the previous period to 536 million yen. This will be the fifth consecutive term of declining profits.

At the same time, the company has left the annual dividend for the current term undetermined.

In the most recent three-month period, from November to January (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 464 million yen, a 10.8% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 27.5% in the same period last year to 22.4%.

Note: Since the fiscal year ending January 2025, the company has transitioned to consolidated financial statements.
