KOMATSU MATERE Co., Ltd. <3580> [TSE-P] announced a performance revision after the market closed on September 6th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) has been revised upward by 38.1%, from the previous forecast of 1.05 billion yen to 1.45 billion yen (compared to 1.2 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 20.8% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

Following the strong performance in the first half, the full-year consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward by 18.2%, from the previous forecast of 2.2 billion yen to 2.6 billion yen (compared to 2.64 billion yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 16.8% to 1.6%.
