WILLPLUS Holdings Corporation <3538> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on August 14th (16:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended June 2025 increased by 21.4% from the previous period to 1.89 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending June 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 18.3% to 2.24 billion yen. This will be the fourth consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 46 yen, an increase of 0.94 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 0.45 billion yen, a 15.7% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 4.2% in the same period last year to 2.1%.
