Mullion, Ordinary Profit Forecast for the Fiscal Year Revised Upward by 9%, Raises Record High Profit Forecast, Dividend Revised Upward by 0.6 Yen

Guidance Update ReportMullion Co., Ltd. <3494> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on July 2nd (15:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) forecast for the fiscal year ending September 2025 has been revised upward 9.1%, from the previous forecast of 550 million yen to 600 million yen (compared to 522 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 5.4% to 14.9%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for two consecutive terms.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the April to September period (second half) ordinary profit is expected to increase 10.4%, from the previous forecast of 482 million yen to 532 million yen (compared to 374 million yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 28.9% to 42.2%.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 5.4 yen to 6 yen (compared to 5.2 yen in the previous period).
