Mitsui Fudosan Logistics Park <3471> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on September 17th (15:45). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended July 2025, which was an irregular nine-month accounting period due to a change in the fiscal year end, increased by 9.31 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending January 2026, the ordinary profit is expected to expand to 8.81 billion yen.

At the same time, the company plans to set the distribution for the current term at 3220 yen.
