Palma Co., Ltd. <3461> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on September 19th (15:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) forecast for the fiscal year ending September 2025 has decreased 46.6%, from the previous forecast of 350 million yen to 187 million yen (compared to 141 million yen in the previous period), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 2.5 times to 32.6%.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the April to September period (second half) ordinary profit has decreased 54.7%, from the previous forecast of 298 million yen to 135 million yen (compared to 121 million yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 2.5 times to 11.6%.

Due to a decline in performance, the company has reduced its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 13 yen to 11 yen (compared to 6 yen in the previous period).
