B-Lot Company Limited <3452> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on December 13th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2024 has been revised upward 10.7%, from the previous forecast of 5.06 billion yen to 5.6 billion yen (compared to 4.94 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 2.3% to 13.2%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for two consecutive terms.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the July to December period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 29.0%, from the previous forecast of 1.86 billion yen to 2.4 billion yen (compared to 2.43 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 23.4% to 1.3%.

In light of the strong performance, the company has decided to implement a year-end lump-sum dividend of 61 yen for the current fiscal year, which was previously undecided (compared to 51 yen in the prior term).
