KIKUCHI SEISAKUSHO CO.,LTD. <3444> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on March 10th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the fiscal year ending April 2025 has been revised downward from an expected profit of 18 million yen to a loss of 290 million yen (compared to a loss of 977 million yen in the previous period), turning to a loss outlook. However, the full-year consolidated net income has been revised upward 26.8%, from the previous forecast of 71 million yen to 90 million yen (compared to a loss of 818 million yen in the previous period).

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the November to April period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 50.7%, from the previous forecast of 607 million yen to 299 million yen (compared to a loss of 266 million yen in the same period of the previous year).
