Earnings ReportDELICA FOODS HOLDINGS CO.,LTD. <3392> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 9th (13:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 29.7% from the previous period to 0.88 billion yen, although it exceeded the initial forecast of 0.7 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to expand to 69.7% to 1.5 billion yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in two years. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 15 yen, an increase of 3 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 44.6% from the same period last year, reaching 0.65 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 3.0% in the same period last year to 4.1%.
