Earnings ReportMORY INDUSTRIES INC. <5464> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 9th (13:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 10.5% from the previous period to 5.72 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 16.1% from the previous period to 4.8 billion yen. This will be the third consecutive term of declining profits.
At the same time, the annual dividend for this fiscal year is 36 yen, taking into account the forward stock split scheduled to be allocated on March 31, this dividend represents an actual reduce of 14.3%.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 1.12 billion yen, a 21.8% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 11.2% in the same period last year to 9.8%.
