cotta CO.,LTD <3359> [TSE Growth] announced a performance revision after the market closed on May 28th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2025 has been revised upward 5.9%, from the previous forecast of 709 million yen to 751 million yen (compared to 534 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 32.8% to 40.6%.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the April to September period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 26.6%, from the previous forecast of 158 million yen to 200 million yen (compared to a loss of 5 million yen in the same period of the previous year).
