NIPPON REIT Investment <3296> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on August 15th (16:30). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended June 2025 increased by 24.3% from the previous period to 6.07 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending December 2025, the ordinary profit is expected to grow by 6.9% to 6.49 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits.

At the same time, the company increased the distribution for the previous term from 2288 yen to 2345 yen (compared to 9972 yen before the 4-for-1 forward stock split in the previous term), and plans to set the distribution for the current term at 2421 yen.
