NIPPON REIT Investment <3296> [TSE-REIT] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on September 26th (16:15). ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2024 has been revised upward by 6.5%, from the previous forecast of 4.47 billion yen to 4.76 billion yen (compared to 4.77 billion yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 6.3% to 0.3%.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned distribution for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 8965 yen to 9544 yen (compared to 9570 yen in the previous period).
