Newtech Co., Ltd. <6734> [TSE-S] announced a performance revision after the market closed on September 26th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending February 2025 (March to August) has been revised upward by 20.7%, from the previous forecast of 121 million yen to 146 million yen (compared to 212 million yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 42.9% to 31.1%.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 442 million yen(compared to 394 million yen in the previous period).
