DEAR LIFE CO.,LTD. <3245> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend at noon (12:30) on September 22nd. The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending September 2025 has decreased 23.7%, from the previous forecast of 10.0 billion yen to 7.63 billion yen (compared to 4.65 billion yen in the previous period), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 2.1 times to 64.0%.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the April to September period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 29.8%, from the previous forecast of 7.93 billion yen to 5.57 billion yen (compared to 4.31 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 83.8% to 29.0%.

At the same time, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 62 yen to 63 yen (compared to 47 yen in the previous period).
