Hamee Corp. <3134> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on September 30th (18:15). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending April 2026 has decreased 28.9%, from the previous forecast of 2.79 billion yen to 1.99 billion yen (compared to 2.35 billion yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 15.4% decrease in profit.

Furthermore, May to October (first half) ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 1.13 billion yen(compared to 1.03 billion yen in the previous period).
