Earnings ReportSHINYEI KAISHA <3004> [TSE Std] announced its financial results at noon (12:00) on October 31st. The consolidated net income for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to September) surged 2.1 times that of the same period last year, reaching 1.07 billion yen.
In addition, the full-year forecast for consolidated net income has been revised upward 10.7%, from the previous forecast of 1.40 billion yen to 1.55 billion yen (compared to 1.32 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 6.0% to 17.3%.
Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated net income for the October to March period (second half) is expected to drop 41.6% from the same period last year to 0.47 billion yen.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 100 yen to 110 yen (compared to 90 yen in the previous period).
In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (2Q), the consolidated net income increased 63.3% from the same period last year, reaching 0.32 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 3.2% in the same period last year to 3.8%.
