AFC-HD AMS Life Science Co.,Ltd. <2927> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 3rd (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending August 2025 has been revised upward 11.0%, from the previous forecast of 2.20 billion yen to 2.44 billion yen (compared to 1.92 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 14.5% to 27.1%. The company has further increased its previous forecast of record profits for the first time in four years.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the March to August period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 27.8%, from the previous forecast of 0.86 billion yen to 1.10 billion yen (compared to 0.86 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 0.8% to 28.8%.
