PALEMO HOLDINGS CO.,LTD. <2778> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on September 16th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending February 2026 (March to August) has decreased 38.6%, from the previous forecast of 285 million yen to 175 million yen (compared to 249 million yen in the same period of the previous year). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 29.7% decrease in profit.

Due to the deterioration of business performance in the first half of the year, the full-year forecast for consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 35.3%, from the previous forecast of 340 million yen to 220 million yen (compared to 162 million yen in the previous period), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 2.1 times to 35.8%.
