Samty Residential Investment <3459> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on September 16th (15:30). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended July 2025 decreased by 16.3% from the previous period to 2.20 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending January 2026, the ordinary profit is expected to expand to 42.2% to 3.12 billion yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in two years.

At the same time, the company increased the distribution for the previous term from 2796 yen to 2808 yen (compared to 3118 yen in the prior term), and plans to set the distribution for the current term at 3495 yen.
