Guidance Update ReportJTEC CORPORATION <2479> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on March 13th (17:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has decreased 60.5%, from the previous forecast of 400 million yen to 158 million yen (compared to 330 million yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 52.1% decrease in profit.
Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 66.7%, from the previous forecast of 363 million yen to 121 million yen (compared to 232 million yen in the same period of the previous year). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 47.8% decrease in profit.
At the same time, the company has decided to implement a year-end lump-sum dividend of 13 yen for the current fiscal year, which was previously undecided (compared to 10 yen in the prior term).
