Earnings ReportNISSHIN SEIFUN GROUP INC. <2002> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 15th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 1.6% from the previous period to 49.2 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 7.7% to 53 billion yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in two years.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 60 yen, an increase of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 9.0% from the same period last year, reaching 7.27 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 2.8% in the same period last year to 3.4%.
