Earnings ReportJEOL Ltd. <6951> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 15th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 14.7% from the previous period to 34.4 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 28.8% from the previous period to 24.5 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 92 yen to 106 yen (compared to 102 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 106 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 7.93 billion yen, a 49.9% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 21.2% in the same period last year to 15.3%.
