Earnings ReportTOA ROAD CORPORATION <1882> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 9th (14:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 8.8% from the previous period to 5.2 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to expand to 26.8% to 6.6 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 85 yen to 90 yen (compared to 210 yen before the 5-for-1 forward stock split in the previous term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 90 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 1.98 billion yen, a 38.2% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin drastically worsened from 9.1% in the same period last year to 5.6%.
