Earnings ReportTSUKISHIMA HOLDINGS CO.,LTD. <6332> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 9th (14:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 31.3% from the previous period to 10.2 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 2.4% to 10.5 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and the third consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 82 yen, an increase of 4 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit amounted to 6.11 billion yen, an increase of 2.1% compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin rose from 10.7% in the same period last year to 11.3%.
