NIHON HOUSE HOLDINGS CO., LTD. <1873> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision after the market closed on December 4th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending April 2026 (May to October) has been revised upward 28.1%, from the previous forecast of 0.36 billion yen to 0.46 billion yen (compared to 1.71 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 79.0% to 73.1%.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 1.33 billion yen(compared to 2.05 billion yen in the previous period).
