NIHON HOUSE HOLDINGS CO., LTD. <1873> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision after the market closed on December 2nd (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending April 2025 (May to October) has been revised upward by 64.4%, from the previous forecast of 1.04 billion yen to 1.71 billion yen (compared to a loss of 1.98 billion yen in the same period of the previous year).

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit/loss forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 1.7 billion yen.

Note: Due to a change in the fiscal year ending April 2024 (6-month fiscal year), comparisons with the same period in the previous year are not provided since there is no corresponding period.
