Guidance Update Report

SAXA, Inc. <6675> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on November 29th (17:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward by 33.3%, from the previous forecast of 2.1 billion yen to 2.8 billion yen (compared to 3.4 billion yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 38.3% to 17.8%.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase by 81.1%, from the previous forecast of 863 million yen to 1.56 billion yen (compared to 1.2 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 29.7% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
