Guidance Update ReportNishimatsu Construction Co., Ltd. <1820> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on April 25th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 14.8%, from the previous forecast of 17.6 billion yen to 20.2 billion yen (compared to 19.5 billion yen in the previous period), turning to a 3.2% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 28.0%, from the previous forecast of 9.27 billion yen to 11.8 billion yen (compared to 8.92 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 3.9% to 33.1%.
