Earnings ReportTOYOTA BOSHOKU CORPORATION <3116> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) in the afternoon session on April 25th (14:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 dropped 71.4% from the previous period to 16.7 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending March 2026, the profit is expected to recover in a V-shape, increasing by 3.0 times to 50 billion yen. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue growth.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income/loss turned to a loss of 11.5 billion yen (compared to a profit of 16.4 billion yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin worsened from 0.5% in the same period last year to -1.9%.
