Guidance Update ReportOHMOTO GUMI CO.,LTD <1793> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend at noon (12:00) on January 17th. The net income (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 9.7%, from the previous forecast of 1.55 billion yen to 1.7 billion yen (compared to 1.02 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 51.8% to 66.5%.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) net income has been revised upward 33.0%, from the previous forecast of 0.45 billion yen to 0.6 billion yen (compared to 0.67 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 33.0% to 10.9%.
At the same time, due to a planned 2-for-1 forward stock split is scheduled for February 28, the year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year has been revised from the original plan of 75 yen to 37.5 yen (equivalent to 75 yen before the forward stock split), but the actual dividend remains unchanged.
