Guidance Update Report

Fantasista Co., Ltd. <1783> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 30th (17:10). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss forecast for the fiscal year ending September 2025 has been revised downward from an expected profit of 500 million yen to a loss of 39 million yen (compared to a profit of 664 million yen in the previous period), turning to a loss outlook.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the April to September period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 76.5%, from the previous forecast of 705 million yen to 166 million yen (compared to 625 million yen in the same period of the previous year). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 73.4% decrease in profit.
