Guidance Update Report

BESTERRA CO., LTD. <1433> [TSE-P] announced a performance revision in the morning on September 5th (11:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending January 2025 (February to July) has been revised upward by 72.0%, from the previous forecast of 150 million yen to 258 million yen (compared to loss of 9 million yen in the same period of the previous year).

Following the strong performance in the first half, the full-year consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward by 8.3%, from the previous forecast of 600 million yen to 650 million yen (compared to 407 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 47.4% to 59.7%.
