NATOCO CO.,LTD. <4627> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on September 6th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending October 2024 (November 2023 to July 2024) was 935 million yen, a 2.9% decrease compared to the same period last year. This progress accounts for 64.0% of the full-year plan of 1.46 billion yen, also falling below the five-year average of 72.1%.

Based on the third-quarter cumulative performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the August to October period (4Q) is expected to expand by 32.2% from the same period last year, reaching 525 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from May to July (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 393 million yen, a 31.5% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 8.9% in the same period last year to 7.7%.
