Berg Earth co.,Ltd. <1383> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on November 29th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the fiscal year ending October 2024 has been revised downward from an expected profit of 98 million yen to a loss of 16 million yen (compared to a profit of 106 million yen in the previous period), turning to a loss outlook.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the May to October period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has downwardly by 53.0%, from the previous forecast of 215 million yen to 101 million yen (compared to 205 million yen in the same period of the previous year). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 50.7% decrease in profit.
